TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Framed Adventure Group, your one-stop shop for all your jet ski rental and boat cruise needs. We are committed to providing our customers with a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience. Prior to departure, all passengers must sign an indemnity form.Once onboard, passengers acknowledge that the skipper, crew, and vessel operators have full authority, and compliance with any request or instruction issued by them is mandatory.

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of our services and products. Please read them carefully before renting a jet ski or booking a boat cruise with us.

Acceptance of Terms

By renting a jet ski or booking a boat cruise with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not rent a jet ski or book a boat cruise with us.

Jet Ski Rentals

2.1 Safety Equipment

All jet ski rentals include a personal flotation device (PFD). You are required to wear a PFD while operating or riding a jet ski.

Damage Waiver

For a fee, you may purchase a damage waiver that reduces your financial liability in the event of damage to the jet ski.

Boat Cruises

4.1 Age Requirements

To participate in a boat cruise, you must be at least 4 years old.

4.2 Drugs

Drugs are strictly prohibited on board our boats.

4.3 Smoking

Smoking is not permitted on our boats.

4.4 Food and Drinks

You may bring your own food and one cooler box on board our boats.

Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Jet Ski Rentals

You may cancel your jet ski rental up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

5.2 Boat Cruises

You may cancel your boat cruise up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Weather

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule jet ski rentals or boat cruises due to inclement weather. In case of cancellation, you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Liability

Framed Adventures is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses during your rental or cruise. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Framed Adventures Group from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services.

Charges for Pilferage or Damage

Framed Adventure Group reserves the right to charge for pilferage or damage to the vessel, jet ski, and/or its equipment/instrumentation.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of The Republic of South Africa.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Framed Adventure Group, superseding all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms is effective unless in writing and signed by both you and Framed Adventure Group.
